Emergency Call-out

We provide a 24 hour, 365 days a year emergency callout service to clients registered with the practice 

  • Our office hours are 8.00am – 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. 

  • Before 8am and after 5.30pm weekdays & all weekend the main office telephone is switched to divert where a dedicated answering service (not a recorded message) will have the duty vet call/attend you.  We are currently sharing our after hours duties with another local dedicated equine practice.

  • For all bookings and other queries please call during office hours.
