Methods of payment and discounts
CASH - CHEQUE - CREDIT CARD are all accepted forms of payment at the practice.
Please do not send cash through the post. We accept all major credit cards except American Express
To be able to claim a 5% discount off your next invoice, if you haven’t already done so, register your debit or credit card with us. We will then automatically take the payment due at the time of invoicing, deducting 5% from original amount due and send you a receipted invoice for your records.This saves you money and also the trouble of having to post a cheque or remembering to call our office to settle your account within our 30 day terms!
Our credit terms are thirty days from date of invoice. With effect from 1st March 2010 our late payment surcharge will increase to £15.00 per month to cover administration costs. This will not effect our clients who do pay us promptly. Don't forget we do offer a 5% discount for clients who register their debit or credit card for immediate stettlement of invoices due.
